We highly recommend Andrew who answered, quoted and attending fixing our garage door quickly. As we are time poor due to work commitments, he ensured that he made himself available to work with us. My tilt garage door died on the Sunday and I was unable to close it securely. I waited until the Monday morning and called first thing. Within 4 hours Andrew had Sam come out and sadly my 17 year old unit was no more (I could see for myself when it was opened up). Sam was able to replace the unit there and then within about 40 mins. Very impressed and compliments to Sam for his professionalism.

It was an emergency call (so it was a little expensive) but he was professional, available (got out of bed at 10pm) and was able to fix the problem on site, within the budget and time-frame he originally quoted. Very happy with the service and the expertise

I found the River City Doors staff Friendly, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Flexible and hard working with great Customer Service. I would say Close the door to dodgy cowboys, whilst opening the door to experience and many years of great customer service.

I was referred by Northside Doors to River City Doors for my Roller Auto Garage door that has stop working and found out Spring has been broken and I spoke with Andrew, he was very helpful and come the next morning to service and change the parts that is broken, Thanks Andrew, Very happy ! your effort is very much appreciated, Keep up your good work. Repaired smashed garage roller door after hours. Andrew was very prompt, arriving 45 minutes from my phone call. He was at a family picnic when I called. He was thorough, and did everything in my best interests. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

After ringing other repairers, who were mostly rude and/or dear, Andrew was incredible! Sold us a new motor and thought out of the box to save us a lot of time and money! Absolutely brilliant and would recommend again and again. A neighbour had paid 5 times as much to have the same brand of door repaired for the same problem!
